RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely happy with the purchase of your full priced item, you may exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order or opt for a store credit valid up to 12 months, minus shipping costs, provided they are in original resalable condition. Please note store credit vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts codes or vouchers.
Only an exchange is eligible when a promotional discount code is used at checkout, up to equal sale value. If exchanged for item of lesser value, a store credit will be provided for the remaining amount. This is only applicable on items originally full price.
You are liable for the shipping cost of exchanged items and store credit orders. Free shipping does not apply.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Limited Release items (collaborations), Launch items and Jordan footwear are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.
If you are wishing to return an item, you must request an RA number from email@example.com
Returns without an RA number will not be considered. The items must be returned in the same condition as when received. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the items have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, you will lose your right to exercise a return.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box with a bag or envelope to protect the box from being damaged. Once the returned items are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, an exchange or store credit will be provided. When exercising your right to return an item, you are solely responsible for the return shipping costs. Finesse will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping, therefore we suggest that returned items are sent with a tracking number.

Please ensure you state the RA number on or inside the package, otherwise your item will not be considered.
If you feel you have received a defected item upon delivery, or an item otherwise becomes defected, you must contact us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture/description of the defected item. Returns due to a faulty product will be accepted only within a reasonable time after purchase, which we will then make a full assessment of the product. We will judge all returns of faulty products on a case by case basis.
Please note Finesse take no responsibility for items that are damaged, lost or stolen during transit.
Please note that all order cancellation requests will incur a AUD$10.00 restocking and administration fee. We cannot cancel orders which have already been processed.
