The Nike Air Max 1 Premium "Escape" is keeping things calm and cosy in a navy coordinated getup that is inspired by the coastal scenery and picturesque highlands of the Pacific Northwest. A white mesh base makes way for soft grey suede overlays and black, shaggy mudguards that include embroidered pine trees reminiscent of an iconic Nike running ad - one that featured Mount St. Helens' caldera billowing in the background. The titular hue coats the Swoosh and forefoot overlays whilst red accents illuminate the tongue tags and eyelets to break up the monochromatic presentation. Classic Air Max 1 tooling can be found underfoot, from the white midsole that houses the visible Air unit to its iconic flex-grooved tread on the outsole.
