The New Balance Made In USA series has become the new standard for quality and timeless streetwear staples. Teddy Santis' appointment of creative director has allowed the 990 line embrace its original mandate of being one of the best running shoes on the market, thanks to a series of performance-inspired updates. This 990v6 sees its ballistic mesh and pigskin suede panels dressed in rich burgundy tones. Notes of tan accent for subtle contrast and help draw focus to the profile "N" emblems. Reflective 3M heel counters complete with a New Balance badge allow the shoe to shine in lowlight conditions for added flair. Final touches include tonal NB tongue branding and a tri-colour ENCAP midsole with FuelCell cushioning technology.
